Account Manager USA/CA - in the U.S.

Paessler is seeking an Account Manager to support our growing direct business. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience while closing upgrade and renewal business. The Account Manager is held accountable for executing Paessler’s renewal and upgrade strategy. We’re a high volume, high activity, inside sales organization. You’ll need to be energetic, organized, driven and thrive on continual growth and change. You’ll work with amazing team members, in a fun environment, who are supportive and thrive on maintaining a high-performance level. This position can be based in MA, NH, NJ, IL, PA or TX.

YOUR TASKS

  • Establish and maintain relationships with the leadership of assigned customers
  • Create renewal and growth strategy across your assigned customer base to achieve Paessler’s revenue growth commitments
  • Document, prioritize and support the pipeline of assigned customers
  • Accurately reflect opportunities’ values, stages, and close dates withing Sugar CRM
  • Maintain current and accurate account and contact information within CRM for all accounts that have been contacted
  • Identify advocacy opportunities to highlight case studies or participate in webinars
  • Educate customers on new cases, features and integration that create added value

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years of Direct Sales
  • Comfortable with all forms of outreach, including phone, emails and social
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and CRM Systems
  • Channel Sales experience a plus
  • Proven ability to work in an innovative and ever-changing environment
  • You are both a team player and a self-starter who is flexible, dedicated, highly motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work remotely, and occasional travel
  • Permanent residents in the US only
