Channel Sales Manager Region A/CH – in Austria

As Channel Sales Manager region A/CH, you are part of a 12-person team and enjoy taking care of existing customers/partners as much as prospective customers in the regions of Austria and german-speaking Switzerland. Selling a technical product is your passion, you love success, and you are just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. This position is available in Austria.


  • You are the spearhead for the contact to our sales partners and prospects, a real all-rounder for the interpersonal
  • Thereby, it doesn't matter to you how such contact is established, whether in person at events, via our test version, webinars or social selling (and much more).
  • In face-to-face contact, service is important to you, you answer questions before they are asked, and you don't lose sight of closing the deal in the process
  • You like to work as part of the team, you like to lend a hand wherever you go, and you contribute to our constant development
  • You enjoy traveling, e.g., for regular visits to partners, events or trade fairs
  • Everywhere you go, you'll be representing the company, showing what's possible with PRTG, in personal conversations as well as on stage and in webinars.


  • You are experienced in sales and have already managed larger business partners in your past (key accounts).
  • Experience and know-how in channel management are an advantage.
  • Your affinity for technology/IT should be strong enough that you can quickly get to grips with the world of monitoring. Ideally, you already have experience with sales in the IT industry.
  • You are a strong communicator and have a convincing manner with which you inspire customers for our product.
  • You speak French and German at native level and have excellent English skills for working in our international team.
  • You enjoy traveling in the DACH region, the travel share is - according to COVID pandemic - around 30%.
  • You are a permanent resident of the DACH region
