Channel Sales Manager, region UK/IE/Northern Europe – based in UK

As Channel Sales Manager you love interacting and building rapport with prospects and partners by identifying and closing sales opportunities. This way you drive business in the region Northern Europe (UK/IE, SCAN, BENELUX). This freelancer position is home based in the UK.

YOUR TASKS

  • Identifying business opportunities with channel partners (distributors and resellers)
  • Managing, on-boarding and developing channel partners
  • Generating demand through events, marketing programs and campaigns for and with our channel partners
  • Collaborating internally with the sales, marketing and technical teams

YOUR PROFILE

  • Extensive channel sales and technical experience, ideally in the IT industry.
  • Multi-channel experience in UK/IE. Ideally first hand experience of channel sales in other territories within Northern Europe (Benelux, Scandinavia). Also existing relationships with IT channel partners across EMEA.
  • At least 5 years of proven track record of partner acquisition.
  • Success selling Perpetual, Subscription and Service offerings is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation skills (sales focused as well as technical), webinar and presentation hosting.
  • Willingness to frequently travel within the region and to the headquarters in Germany.
  • English language proficiency, additional language skills (for BENELUX, SCANDICS) are an advantage.
