To support our Customer Service & Retention Team, we are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Customer Retention and Service Account Manager to look after our French speaking customers. As a true telephone professional with a passion for Customer Service, you will take care of our existing customers in your assigned sales regions, advise them on reasonable license extensions, create quotes and take over the independent implementation of target group-specific marketing campaigns. This position is available within Germany.


  • You are truly focused on customer success and responsible for the competent, professional advice of our customers regarding our products, prices and services over phone and email
  • In addition, advising our existing customers on reasonable license extensions as well as on the usefulness of extending their maintenance plan is part of your daily tasks
  • You will be responsible for contacting our existing customers as well as for implementing target group-specific marketing campaigns via phone
  • You will be creating quotes for end customers and regional resellers and are therefore responsible for the entire sales cycle from offer to successful completion.
  • You will be in close contact with the Sales Team, as well as with our international Sales Representatives
  • You will be maintaining customer data, e.g. in our internal CRM system and e-commerce system


  • You are a real professional on the phone, you “live and love” taking care of customers and it is easy for you to empathize with the needs of our customers and love consulting them
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of telephone sales, Customer Service or Inside Sales
  • It is easy for you to understand the questions and requirements of our business partners and customers and to thrill them with excellent service.
  • You are characterized by your good judgement calls, your communication strength and your negotiation skills when interacting with customers, prospects, and business partners.
  • You love approaching people to constantly expand your social network and stay informed about current market trends to keep improving our services.
  • You are interested in IT and good at understanding technical contexts.
  • You are fluent in English and French. Further language skills are highly welcome.
  • You are happy to be part of a virtual team where communication is predominantly online.
