Customer Service Account Manager, APAC

To further enhance our Customer Service Team, we are looking for an experienced, motivated Customer Service Account Manager for the regions Australia, New Zealand, Northwest Asia and Southeast Asia to join us as soon as possible. In this dynamic role, you will support and advise our international end customers and resellers throughout the sales cycle. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Malaysian citizens and permanent residents only.

YOUR TASKS

  • You are responsible for the qualification and processing of incoming inquiries and contacting leads regarding our products and licensing by e-mail, chat and phone
  • You create quotes and process orders for end customers and regional resellers
  • You work in close coordination with the sales colleagues and regional manager
  • You participate in regional marketing and channel sales activities
  • You clarify inquiries regarding billing and taxes
  • You will support in software activations and change requests
  • In addition, you will issue monthly and quarterly reports
  • You maintain customer and reseller data, e.g. in our internal CRM

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed business management training, “live and love” consulting and caring for customers and business partners
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience and proven skills in providing support throughout the entire sales cycle in indirect sales, customer care or support, ideally for the APAC region and in the software industry
  • It is easy for you to understand the questions and requirements of our business partners and customers and to thrill them with excellent service
  • You are characterized by your good judgement calls, your excellent communication and your negotiation skills when interacting with customers, prospects and business partners
  • You are interested in IT and have a good understanding of technical contexts
  • You are business fluent of English, an additional language such as Korean, Bahasa Malay, Mandarin would be an advantage
