Customer Service Account Manager APAC

To support our Customer Service & Processes Team, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Account Manager for the regions Australia, New Zealand, Northwest Asia and Southeast Asia to join us as soon as possible. In this dynamic role, you will systematically support and advise our international end customers and resellers along the entire sales cycle.

This position is initially limited for 9 months.


  • You are responsible for the qualification and processing of incoming inquiries and contact leads with regards to our product as well as licensing
  • You are also prepared for inquiries regarding invoices and value-added tax
  • You communicate with our end customers and resellers via e-mail, telephone and chat
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of offers as well as the processing of orders from our customers and regional partners and take care of software activations
  • You will work in close coordination with our sales colleagues and regional managers for the APAC region
  • You will record all your customer activities accurately in our CRM system


  • Customer satisfaction is not just a buzz word for you because you "live and love" consulting and supporting customers and partners
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience and proven skills in providing support along the entire sales cycle in indirect sales, customer care or support, ideally for the APAC region and in the area of software
  • You find it easy to empathize with the questions and needs of our partners and customers and to inspire them for our company
  • You are characterized by your judgment and your communication and negotiation skills in the interaction with customers, prospects and partners
  • You are IT-savvy and have a good understanding of technical contexts
  • You have a very good command of English, additional languages would be an advantage
