DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)
We are looking for an experienced system administrator with DevOps focus to join us in taking our software products to the next level. We love software and have been working to expand our monitoring knowledge and think innovatively since 1997. Now we have expanded our focus to OT and IoT areas and are looking for someone to help us maintain and service our development infrastructure.
As part of our platform team, which currently consists of 3 people, you will link software development and administration and optimise collaboration. You can freely shape your daily work at Paessler and contribute your ideas. One of our goals is to create an open and valuing atmosphere.

YOUR TASKS
- Maintain and improve the development, testing and deployment processes.
- Monitor the availability, performance and resource consumption of the applications
- Support troubleshooting, optimisation and further development of the business platforms
- Enable teams to successfully use DevOps tools and ways of working.
YOUR PROFILE
- You should be experienced with Kubernetes in order to make our infrastructure effective and scalable
- We rely on various cloud technologies, experience with AWS and Azure will help you deal with this
- You should have experience with Git for version control
- You are familiar with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) and know the common tools. We mainly rely on tools like Terraform, Puppet and Ansible
- You should understand and be able to apply the principles of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment).
- You should be proficient in at least one scripting language to effectively design and maintain processes.
