Direct Sales Representative, for region Americas – in the U.S.

We’re seeking a Direct Sales Representative to support our growing direct business. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience while closing net new business. The DSR is held accountable for prospecting and generating qualified sales opportunities. We’re a high volume, high activity, inside sales organization. You’ll need to be energetic, organized, driven and thrive on continual growth and change. We offer a fun environment where you’ll work with amazing team members, who are high performing and supportive. This position is home based in MA/TX or as well NJ, NH, PA, IL.

YOUR TASKS

  • Create sales opportunities for the sales team
    • Utilize your technical and value-based knowledge to create leads out of cold (or warm) outbound prospecting
    • Ask qualifying questions to better understand needs and timing
    • Determine if Paessler PRTG Enterprise Monitor is a good fit for prospect
  • Execute outbound campaigns created by marketing and sales
    • Generate interest through follow up with relevant messaging based upon targeted segment
    • Add additional sales pipeline to increase the growth of Paessler PRTG Enterprise Monitor
  • Proactively communicate with prospects, management and Paessler team
    • Be on the "frontlines", relay any information that may be of value to the team be it best practices, new features, competitive pressures, etc.
    • Work as a team player to help make your peers and Paessler better
    • Attend a weekly sales call prepared to discuss your accomplishments for the week
    • Attend a monthly sales meeting to discuss your business plan to overachieve your quota
    • Master all internal systems and tools
    • Successfully work in a team environment as well as autonomously
    • Always represent Paessler in a positive and professional manner

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years of Direct Sales
  • Proven ability to work in an innovative and ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Comfortable with all forms of outreach, including phone, emails and social
  • Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, and CRM Systems
  • Channel Sales experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You are both a team player and a self-starter who is flexible, dedicated, highly motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work remotely, and occasional travel
  • Permanent residents in the US only
