Event and Marketing Manager

As an event and marketing manager, you will take care of the development and implementation of marketing activities and take over the planning and implementation of events and webinars in the DACHLI (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Lichtenstein) region. The position can be filled either at our location in Nuremberg or remotely within Germany.


  • In coordination with the regional sales team and the corporate marketing teams, you will develop sales, marketing and advertising measures with a direct influence on the company's turnover in the DACHLI region and implement them independently. In doing so, you manage to incorporate both the regional peculiarities and the overall strategy.
  • You create analyses and reports based on campaign and region results and take care of the integration of online marketing activities. 
  • You will keep our channel partners up to date and support them in carrying out marketing activities.
  • You plan, promote and supervise partner events, webinars, trade fairs and training courses, create presentations, landing pages, etc. and conduct market research on available events in the DACHLI region.
  • You take over administrative tasks such as the management of participants, the maintenance of customer and prospect data and the sending of mailings
  • You identify suitable advertising measures and take care of suitable marketing material
  • You document processes, create reports and subsequently provide meaningful evaluations and statistics on the events/webinars


  • You have completed an apprenticeship in the field of event management or marketing and have already gained initial professional experience (1-2 years), ideally in the IT industry
  • Project experience with hybrid or digital events is beneficial for this position.
  • Strong communication skills, initiative and a structured and solution-oriented way of working characterize you.
  • You speak German at native speaker level and English fluently. Other languages are a plus.
  • Your affinity for technology/IT should be so strong that you quickly find your way into the world of monitoring or already know it.
