Global Sales Administrator
We are looking for a service-oriented and communicative Sales Administrator to support our Sales Team globally. As a true organizational talent, you contribute to the success of our Sales Managers in the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions with your hands-on approach The position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Malaysian citizens and permanent residents only.
YOUR TASKS
- You are in charge of the manual lead enrichment and assignment to the sales team
- You document missing sales transactions in our CRM system
- You are responsible for supporting the overall lead and account quality checks in CRM
- You assist on updating and maintaining data for campaign activities
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification
- You have at least one year of relevant work experience and proven skills in providing Sales Administration support internationally, but not mandatory
- It is easy for you to understand the questions and requirements of our business partners and customers and to thrill them with excellent service.
- You are business fluent of English, an additional language would be an advantage
- You are interested in IT and have a good understanding for technical contexts
- You have already gained practical experience with CRM software and feel very confident in using MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- You enjoy working with a team and you like to lend a hand wherever you go
- You enjoy working with a team and you are always proactive and engaged
