Project Manager
To support our Global Sales Project and Operations Team, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager who knows how to build project portfolios and develop project teams in a fast growing, highly dynamic business environment. In this role, you will systematically collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to create project management standards and assure project performance across the whole company.
YOUR TASKS
- You oversee important strategic projects starting, from the requirements analysis, conception and implementation, through to project completion
- You capture project requests and ensure that the information provided is complete and suitable for assessing the project.
- You support project sponsors and other stakeholders in defining and writing cross-departmental business requirements
- You optimize project portfolio management processes to ensure the prioritization and smooth implementation of projects
- You offer project management training courses and regularly check compliance of project management standards
- You create project templates and implement standard components to reduce project investments
- You ensure that project management standards for documentation and reporting are met and are followed and regularly update team leads and associated project members
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in business, project management or other relevant field of study
- You bring 3 years experience in Project Management, ideally in the IT Sector with a proven history of delivering on-time and on-budget.
- You have experience with various PM Methodologies such as Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/Kanban
- You are proficient in Jira, Confluence, Project Portfolio Management tools, Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint and/ or related tools.
- You are a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 or have a similar certification
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator who can work with both technical and non-technical teams
- You are proactive, motivated and are able to prioritize work items and make practical trade-offs when necessary
- You have a high proficiency in English (both written and spoken). German language skills are an advantage
