We are seeking an experienced, hands-on manager to lead our Americas team as Regional Manager Americas in a newly created tandem-role. In this position you’ll develop and execute strategies that drive growth in the Americas region. You will be responsible for sales performance in US/CA and LATAM. Experienced in selling software you will drive sales by further developing our GTM strategy. This role is located anywhere in CO, IL, MA, NH, NJ, PA, SC or TX.


  • Executing and adapting the company strategy and provide sales and marketing direction within region
  • Lead the sub team Americas for sales and marketing spread over the U.S. and LATAM, support personal development and talent management by supporting professional and personal skills
  • Drive the cooperation of the entire Americas team with the HQ in Germany
  • Increase revenue in the territory through business development activities
    • Together with your team, you further develop the regional sales strategy, organization and processes within the framework of our corporate strategy
    • Develop a channel as well as a direct sales strategy in alignment with your tandem-role peer who is responsible for technical and commercial services
    • Together with central marketing develop and implement a local marketing and PR strategy including events (channel marketing as well as sales & marketing campaigns)
  • Contribute to internal company initiatives and thought leadership
  • Event support and frequent travel domestic and international required
  • This position is reporting to the Head of Sales, located in HQ Germany


  • You’ve worked 5+ years in a sales management/leadership role within an IT company
  • You’ve got 5+ years experience in channel and direct B2B software sales and a proven track record and channel development experience with VARs and DMRs
  • You’re experienced in CRM driven sales management
  • A proven track record of target and quota achievement
  • Strong leadership with excellent communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills are required to build and motivate a multicultural team across LATAM, US and CA
  • You’ve got a proven track record of leading teams to roll out and implement sales campaigns as well as partner and channel programs
  • Ideally you’re already experienced in managing a sales team with multiple team members across national boarders in the region Americas
  • Your English language must be on native level, Spanish as second language is a strong plus
  • IT infrastructure experience is a plus
  • You are both a team player and a forward-thinking self-starter who is flexible, dedicated, highly motivated and results driven
  • Only residency in the U.S. (CO, IL, MA, NH, NJ, PA, SC or TX) with valid work permit
