Sales Campaign Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Campaign Manager. You will oversee creation, ongoing execution, and management of global sales campaigns. This position is located in Germany and will be focused on managing focused sales engagements to drive conversion rates for all global regions through the various sales stages by implementing effective lead management strategies.

YOUR TASKS

  • Conception of lead management methodology and metrics, including evaluation of support tools (e.g. Clearbit) that might improve targeting
  • Create report concept to facilitate the follow-up and visualiation of sales conversion rate and its impact in the sales figures
  • Management of external service providers (definition of metrics and follow-up on deliverables)
  • Coordination of specific targeted sales campaigns
  • Creation of campaign support documents (e.g. briefing, landing pages, etc.)
  • Analysis and reporting of campaign results
  • Knowledge transfer about new products from developments to sales team
  • Interface to internal teams such as BI, Sales, Marketing and Legal

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 5 years of experience working in sales and experience with a CRM solution
  • Project management and marketing experience is an advantage
  • You enjoy working with people and you have excellent and diplomatic communication skills
  • Good networking skills to be able to coordinate members of different teams and hierarchy levels
  • You love to work with metrics and numbers – you are analytical through and through
  • Since we operate globally, your written and spoken Business English is excellent. Knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Affinity for and technical knowledge of information technology, networking and software solutions is a plus
