Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to support our growing direct business. In this role you will be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience while closing net new business and will be held accountable for prospecting opportunities, closing sales, and placing orders. This position is based in Germany.


  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contacting prospects through cold calls and emails
  • Introducing our company to the potential prospect
  • Determining the prospect's needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
  • Building long-term and trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek business opportunities in the market
  • Setting meetings or calls with (potential) customers and vendors
  • Reporting sales results to the sales manager system


  • 2+ years IT sales experience
  • Proven track record of target and quote achievement
  • Fluent in German, additional language skills are a plus
  • Proven ability to work in an innovative and ever-changing environment
  • Comfortable with all forms of outreach, including phone, emails and social
  • You are both a team player and a self-starter who is flexible, dedicated, highly motivated and results-driven
  • Excellent communication skills, an innovative mindset as well as superb negotiation skills round off your profile
  • Being familiar with Sugar CRM or similar CRM Systems would be a plus
