  • You work within the Infrastructure team for the design and development of automated security solutions within our GitLab CI/CD tooling
  • You recognize areas for security improvements within our cloud and on premise products around automation and CI/CD, access controls, network, automated compliance, alerting and forensics etc.
  • You train teams in their awareness and application of security principles and standards
  • You facilitate and support testing by development and quality teams to validate security related alerting, incident responses, counter measures, operational processes, forensics, etc.
  • You define and support secure continuous delivery approaches including tooling and automated testing
  • You support teams with threat modelling to ensure the most relevant threats are modelled and implemented in our quality processes


  • You have experience working with and integrating automated security tools into CI/CD pipelines
  • You have technical knowledge of secure engineering principles
  • You have technical knowledge of the security vulnerabilities and surface area of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
  • You have strong communication skills both verbally and in writing in German and/or English
  • You have working knowledge of risk assessments, vulnerability- and compliance management
  • You have working knowledge in vulnerability, compliance, patch management, anti-malware, access control management toolsets & secure coding
