YOUR TASKS
- Together with your team, you are responsible for the secure, smooth operation and technical development of the corporate website and the associated tools and infrastructure
- You regularly coordinate with the product owner on the product strategy, the project portfolio and the roadmap
- Together with the stakeholders and your team, you decide which projects deliver the highest business value and prioritise accordingly
- You assist your team in removing organizational obstacles and shape the teams environment for maximum flow and value
- You support your team through coaching, clear feedbacks and personal/professional development
- You plan budget and resources based on the product and company strategy.
- You actively work in collaboration with other departments on the corporate strategy and involve your team in its implementation.
YOUR PROFILE
- Studies in the field of (business) informatics, comparable education or demonstrable experience in the field of software development
- Several years of professional experience in leading an agile software development team
- Very good understanding of web technologies and agile software development with modern methods and tools (DevOps, SCRUM)
- Ability to keep track of several projects at the same time
- Fluent in english and german
