Working Student Customer Service (France, UK & Ireland)

To further enhance our qualified Customer Service, we are looking for a motivated working student for 16-19.5 hours / week. You will gain exciting insights into our international customer care organization and practical experience in an agile, international company with start-up spirit.


You will support our Customer Service Account Managers taking care of the regions France, UK & Ireland with the following tasks:
  • Qualification and processing of customer inquiries by e-mail, phone & chat
  • Creation of standard quotes
  • Processing and documentation of orders from our regional customers and partners
  • Training certifications for customers and partners
  • Clarification of inquiries regarding VAT-IDs
  • Co-operation with various specialized departments


  • You are studying in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally focusing on  business administration or business informatics and have already been able to gain first experiences in the relevant tasks.
  • You are speaking either French or English on a native-speaker level (C1/C2). Skills in German are a plus and further language skills are highly welcome.
  • You are interested in IT and have a good at understanding of technical contexts.
  • It is easy for you to work self-organized, and you are characterized by your communication strength.
  • You are a team player and you are happy/feel comfortable to be part of a virtual team where communication is predominantly online.
