Working Student Sales Operations

You support our Global Sales Projects & Operations team within the scope of your working student activity with up to 19.5 hours per week. You act as an interface between Sales, Customer Service and Accounting and ensure the flow and quality of essential company processes. You will gain insight into a global sales organization in an agile, international company with Startup spirit.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will support our Sales & Account Management in their daily work in the areas of acquisition, customer care and various project work.
  • You optimize the coordination of tasks between departments and ensure quality in all areas
  • You check and increase the data quality of important customer interactions in our CRM system 
  • You will take on independent (sub-)projects and work on special topics
  • You report the results of your daily work regularly to your team

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ideally, you are currently doing your Master's degree in economics and business administration and you already have some professional experience in sales or project management
  • You have a strong interest in the design and optimization of sales and business processes and already have some experience in this field
  • You are organized, open-minded and have a lot of fresh ideas for a modern sales organization
  • Your language skills in German are very good and in English are fluent
  • You are fit in using MS Office and especially Excel
  • Previous knowledge of MS Power Automate or the automation of workflows is a plus
