YOUR TASKS

  • Gather and analyse business requirements from internal stakeholders across departments
  • Translate high-level business needs into functional specifications and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Act as a partner to Product Owners in backlog refinement, roadmap alignment, and discovery
  • Help filter and structure incoming feature and bug requests to reduce noise and improve prioritisation
  • Prepare process documentation (flows, diagrams, edge cases) to support development and QA
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirement workshops when needed
  • Support testers with functional validation and user acceptance criteria
  • Identify and document integration points and dependencies between Odoo and other systems (e.g., Salesforce, MuleSoft)
  • Ensure consistent documentation standards and improve knowledge traceability within the team

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or enterprise software environments
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and functional documentation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, QA, Business Stakeholders)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working in agile product teams 
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams
