As a Channel Operations Analyst at Paessler, you will play a crucial role in supporting our channel and partner ecosystem by providing insights and analysis that drive partner performance and revenue growth. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, partner-focused environment.

YOUR TASKS

  • Salesforce Reporting: Create and manage Salesforce reports to track partner and channel performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct trend analysis across the partner portfolio to uncover opportunities for optimizing channel strategies and processes.
  • Presentation Preparation: Develop PowerPoint presentations and decks to communicate channel performance, partner scorecards, and recommendations effectively.
  • Partner Program Support: Help maintain and improve partner tiering, deal registration, and incentive programs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with the channel and sales teams to identify strategies that enhance partner-driven revenue and improve win rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (channel management, marketing, sales, finance) to ensure alignment and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Forecasting: Assist in channel forecasting and pipeline management, utilizing analytical skills to understand partner-sourced pipeline and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Embrace a "figure it out" mentality to tackle challenges and provide solutions that align with business objectives.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Interest in or experience with channel/partner ecosystems (distributors, resellers, or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with sales funnel dynamics and understanding key performance metrics.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and business needs, demonstrating agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
