  • Collaborate with Channel Sales, Legal, and Finance for documentation, compliance, and due diligence.
  • Maintain and continuously improve onboarding process documentation, driving automation and efficiency opportunities.
  • Track and report onboarding SLAs, conversion rates, and activation metrics to assess partner onboarding efficiency.

Systems UAT Ownership

  • Serve as the functional tester for GTM system updates impacting partner operations (CRM, PRM, ERP, LMS).
  • Validate partner experience, workflow consistency, and data integrity during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Document testing outcomes, track issues, and coordinate resolutions with system administrators and product owners.

Channel Productivity

  • Monitor and analyze partner engagement, transaction activity, and ACV performance metrics.
  • Identify inefficiencies or operational bottlenecks and recommend automation or enablement solutions in collaboration with Sales Enablement.
  • Support initiatives connecting deal‑to‑onboarding workflows and partner post‑win success programs.
