Our world-famous monitoring software PRTG is also available as a service hosted in the cloud. Behind this product is a provisioning system with a ton of automation, services, and naturally, monitoring.
To put together a worldwide available and regionally localized monitoring solution for IT administrators everywhere, we have a team of talented cloud and operations engineers and we're looking for you to join and strengthen our team.
YOUR TASKS
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes across AWS.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions such as CloudFormation or AWS CDK to ensure repeatable and reliable provisioning of cloud resources.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate DevOps practices from design to production support.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security using tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Lumigo, and other logging/monitoring solutions.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues in development, staging, and production environments, driving root cause analysis and resolution.
- Lead and participate in incident response, ensuring timely communication, remediation, and post-incident reviews.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices by automating vulnerability scanning, patch management, and secrets management.
- Optimize cloud costs by evaluating usage patterns and implementing FinOps best practices.
- Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, automation processes, and deployment pipelines for knowledge sharing and audits.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for you if you
- Have solid hands-on experience with AWS
- Can set up and maintain CI/CD pipeline
- Are comfortable using Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/CDK)
- Know how to monitor systems and keep them healthy
- Have the willingness to step in when needed to keep systems and pipelines up and running
- Think about security and cost optimization as part of daily work
- Enjoy automation and making processes simpler
- Work well with the team and share knowledge clearly
