Cloud Operations Specialist (all genders)

YOUR TASKS
- Oversee daily operations of cloud infrastructure across AWS, and/or other public cloud platforms.
- Manage the provisioning of cloud resources, ensuring scalability, reliability, and governance.
- Monitor performance and availability using CloudOps tools such as AWS CloudWatch, and logging systems.
- Write and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to streamline operational tasks.
- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Track and analyze cloud usage patterns to drive cost optimization and recommend FinOps strategies.
- Implement tagging standards, budgets, and alerts to ensure cloud resource accountability.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational policies for cloud resource usage.
- Provide documentation and reports on operational performance, incidents, and cost trends.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience and interest for Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing daily operations in AWS, or multi-cloud environments.
- Experience with CloudOps tools (e.g., CloudWatch, AWS Config)
- Familiarity with other Cloud vendors, e.g. Azure or GCP is good to have
- Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps workflows.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Together with your team members, you will take part in securing smooth operation and technical development of our systems.
- You regularly coordinate with the Product Managers regarding product strategy, project portfolio, and roadmap.
- In this role you will deliver and support Public and Private Clouds, Collaboration and Productivity tools, and shared Infrastructure platforms. You will be the escalation for our Service Desk and provide third level support for both Incident and Service Request resolution. Continuous improvement and automation are essential to free up time for more value add.
