As Paessler continues to grow its global customer base, we are expanding our Commercial Renewals team and are always interested in connecting with strong candidates.

As a Commercial Renewals Manager, you will own the renewal lifecycle for commercial customers, ensuring high retention rates and a strong value perception of Paessler’s solutions. You will proactively engage customers close to renewal, understand their needs and pain points, and confidently lead renewal conversations that protect and grow recurring revenue.

YOUR TASKS

  • Own and manage commercial customer renewals, engaging customers before renewal
  • Drive high retention rates by clearly articulating Paessler’s value proposition across all product families
  • Renew subscription customers and actively convert perpetual license customers to subscription
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and objections, and address them effectively
  • Confidently handle renewal objections and negotiate outcomes that are mutually beneficial
  • Position PRTG as a critical solution for network visibility, reliability, and protection
  • Collaborate with technical teams to arrange demos or technical deep dives when needed
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM pipeline, ensuring all opportunities and data are current
  • Take a business-driven approach to driving opportunities to closure
  • Proactively follow up, manage conversations, and move renewals forward without losing momentum

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in renewals, account management, or Inside Sales (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models
  • Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical value to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You speak English and German fluently
  • High attention to detail and strong CRM hygiene
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue protection and growth
