Customer Service Representative EMEA (all genders)

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Representative to join our EMEA team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) of our company—supporting and advising our customers via email, phone, or chat. You’ll guide them through our latest product developments, explain our licensing models, and help them make the most of our subscription offerings.
Please note that our new colleague for this position must be residing in Germany permanently. The working model will be optionally remote or hybrid. You have the option to work from our headquarter in Nuremberg at any time.

YOUR TASKS

  • Handling and qualifying incoming inquiries about our products, licensing, and subscriptions via email, chat, and phone
  • Preparing quotes and processing orders for both direct customers and our Channel Partners
  • Collaborating closely with our global Customer Service team, international Sales colleagues, and Account Executives
  • Managing inquiries related to cancellations, invoices, billing, and sales taxes
  • Supporting software activations, managing license data, and overseeing subscriptions
  • Keeping customer data accurate and up to date in our CRM and e-commerce systems

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ideally at least 2 years of experience in customer care, support, or inside sales— big plus if this experience comes from within the software industry and EMEA region - but we are also looking forward to applications from juniors that want to contribute to the teams' success
  • A solid understanding of sales cycles and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
  • An interest in tech—you’re comfortable navigating technical information and explaining it clearly
  • Fluency in both English and German is a must; any additional languages are a big plus!
