Customer Service Representative North Americas (all genders)
for an energetic and highly motivated Customer Service Representative. As a true
professional, you will manage our existing customers via email, phone or chat, informing
them of product developments and offers, and advising them on our licensing models and
our subscriptions.
YOUR TASKS
- Qualifying and processing of incoming inquiries regarding our products and licensing by e-mail, chat, and phone
- Creating quotes and processing orders for direct customers and Channel Partner
- Close coordination with the global Customer Service, as well as with our international Sales colleagues and Account Executives
- Clarifying and processing inquiries about cancellations, invoices, general billing, and sales taxes
- Carrying out software activations and managing license data and subscription management
- Maintaining customer data, e.g. in our internal CRM and e-commerce systems
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 2 years of experience and proven competence in working with customers throughout the entire sales cycle in customer care, support or inside sales, ideally in the Americas and in the software industry
- You are interested in IT and good at understanding technical contexts.
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English languages.
- Further language skills are highly welcome, including Portuguese.
