Every month, thousands of prospects download a PRTG trial and interact with our website looking for network monitoring solutions. You will be responsible for building the programs that convert this volume into meaningful revenue. You will understand what our prospects need, segment them and nurture them through to sales opportunities, or into our self-service check-out.

You will be part of a world-class demand generation team, and report into the Vice President of Demand Generation. You will work alongside our performance marketing, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization specialists. You will also have the support of our Product Marketing, Content, and Marketing Automation teams to ensure you meet our goals for conversion. The role has one direct report who will support execution.

If you're energized by data, love finding growth opportunities others miss, and know how to turn leads into revenue, this is your role.

YOUR TASKS

  • Obsess over lead conversion - From maximizing page and form conversions, to optimizing SDR emails and testing new plays through our innovative agentic AI webchat tools, you will own and optimize the conversion of leads into opportunities for our sales team. You will own our lead funnels and be able to quickly identify and fix performance gaps.
  • Own lead quality and qualification standards - Define, monitor, and continuously improve what a “sales-ready” lead looks like. Partner closely with SDR and Sales leadership to refine scoring, routing, and qualification criteria, ensuring marketing-sourced opportunities convert to real pipeline and revenue — not just activity.
  • Forecast and plan pipeline contribution - Own forecasting for marketing-sourced opportunities and self-serve revenue. Set targets, model scenarios, and adjust strategy to hit quarterly and annual goals.
  • Create a frictionless buying experience - You will understand our “paths to purchase” optimizing each step to guide leads through their buying journey. This includes monitoring performance, and designing experiments to optimize our self-service checkout.
  • Monetize our trial - Work with our Product Marketing team to ensure the PRTG trial is delivering the best possible experience, and coordinate with our marketing automation teams to ensure nurture programs meet your conversion goals.
  • Use data to drive every decision - You're fluent in using data to drive decisions, comfortable building reports, and able to translate data into action. If you can't measure it, you don't do it.
  • Deliver measurable results and clear reporting - Report performance, ROI, and pipeline quality directly to senior leadership. You're comfortable presenting data, defending your strategy, and being held accountable for outcomes.
  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities - Don't just run campaigns—find the next opportunity. You'll test quickly and scale what drives results.
  • Own the number - You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities that sales can convert to pipeline; as well as driving self-service transactions, to meet our ACV goals.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years in B2B tech or SaaS demand generation - You've done this before in a B2B environment. You understand marketing funnels, lead conversion, nurture programs and more. You bring your expertise and know how to apply it.
  • Sales engagement experience - You are comfortable working with sales and listen to their feedback on opportunity quality to iterate and improve marketing efficiency
  • Ability to move fast and scale what works - You don't wait for perfect. You test, learn, iterate, and scale quickly when you find something that works.
