Paessler is building a subscription-first business, and Renewals sits at the center of that
transformation.
We are looking for a Director of Global Renewals to lead our Enterprise and Commercial
renewals teams and drive predictable retention and expansion across a large, global
customer base of 30,000+ customers.
This is a senior leadership role for a strong operator who can turn data into action. Building
the rigor, forecasting, and execution engine required to consistently deliver on GDR, while
scaling the business through organic growth and M&A in a fast-paced, performance-driven
environment.
YOUR TASKS
- Lead a global renewals organization with two managers (Enterprise and
Commercial) - Own GDR performance and expansion outcomes across all subscription products
- Build and run a high-confidence forecasting engine with clear visibility into risk,
coverage, and outcomes - Establish a consistent operating cadence (pipeline inspection, deal reviews, risk
management) - Translate data signals into clear actions that improve retention and expansion
- Support the integration of acquired businesses into Paessler’s renewals motion,
systems, and forecasting model - Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance to drive aligned
outcomes - Coach and develop a team of high-performing renewals leaders
YOUR PROFILE
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leader of global renewals or post-sales revenue teams
- Experience operating at scale across tens of thousands of customers and high
renewal volume environments - Strong operator mindset — you build structure, not just strategy
- Deep experience with: forecasting and pipeline management, renewal risk identification, inspection and execution cadence
- Experience operating in a private equity-backed environment or similar high
accountability, metrics-driven culture - Experience integrating acquired customers, teams, or product lines into a unified
renewals model - Ability to connect data to action and drive outcomes through a team
- Comfortable operating as part of the senior leadership team
