YOUR TASKS
- Lead and develop the IT teams of System Administration, Platform and Presales Infrastructure - in total a department of 13 employees
- Drive IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee IT projects in security, rollouts, integration of external tools and cloud migration
- Support the CISO on all security matters
- Control IT budgets, vendor management, and service providers
- Act as key contact for executives and other departments
- Create a people-centric, supportive team environment based on trust and respect
- Manage a distributed team (mainly remote, with colleagues in Germany and the USA)
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in IT management
- Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructures, cloud services, and IT security
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Empathy and servant leadership
- Effective stakeholder management
- Project leadership
- Fluent in German and English
