Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash process spanning Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Commissions.
- Serve as the primary business systems partner to Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Marketing leadership, translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of system administrators, developers, and analysts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Define and execute the enterprise systems roadmap aligned to company growth targets and OKRs.
- Oversee architecture, configuration, and governance of the full Lead-to-Cash platforms ecosystem, including CRM, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, ERP, and connected applications.
- Manage bi-directional integrations between Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Odoo, the commissions tool, and marketing applications to ensure seamless data flow.
- Manage vendor relationships, license renewals, and contract negotiations for all enterprise applications.
- Build and manage the enterprise systems budget including licenses, implementation, and headcount.
Qualifications
Required:
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Systems, Business Systems, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or technology company.
- 3+ years in a leadership or people management role with direct reports.
- Proven experience owning and scaling enterprise systems at a company with $100M+ in ARR.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or Salesforce CPQ – this is a core, non-negotiable requirement.
- Demonstrated ownership of the full Lead-to-Cash process and a strong understanding of how each system supports it.
- Experience managing ERP and accounting systems such as Sage Intacct, Odoo, or comparable platforms.
- Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional system implementations and integrations on time and within budget.
- Experience with incentive compensation tools (e.g., Spiff, CaptivateIQ, Xactly) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
Technical:
- Salesforce Platform: Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Apex (conceptual), AppExchange evaluation and management.
- Salesforce Certifications preferred: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder.
- ERP & Finance Systems: Sage Intacct and/or Odoo configuration, data model understanding, and Finance workflow support.
- Integration & Middleware: Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Zapier; REST/SOAP API fundamentals.
- Commissions Platforms: Configuration and plan implementation within tools such as Spiff, CaptivateIQ, or Xactly.
- Marketing Technology: Familiarity with Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms and their Salesforce CRM sync and lead routing workflows.
- Reporting & Analytics: Salesforce reports and dashboards; familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus.
