We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to support our ERP team during a critical restructuring and delivery phase. This short-term engagement is designed to strengthen our capacity on high-priority initiatives while embedding quality-first practices into our workflows.You will work closely with developers, testers, Product Owners, and our System Architect.
 
The role requires a strong focus on pair programming, Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), CI/CD improvements, and system stability. While the focus will be backend and integration, the ability to handle front-end Odoo website/portal tasks is also important.
 
Please note that for this fixed-term role (1 year) we can only consider candidates that are permanent residents of either Mexico, Poland or Germany. If you are based in Poland or Germany, please note that for this position requires someone who can work on different time zone, so mainly from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM CET.

YOUR TASKS

  • Implement new features and fixes in Odoo v17 in close collaboration with the team using pair programming
  • Deliver against BDD acceptance criteria defined with System Architect, Product Owners and testers
  • Take end-to-end ownership of development tasks — ensuring features are fully implemented, tested, and release-ready
  • Contribute to test automation and CI/CD maturity, ensuring strong pipeline integration and avoiding regressions
  • Support integration initiatives (Odoo ↔ Salesforce, MuleSoft, finance/payment flows)
  • Develop and adjust front-end components in Odoo (Website & Portal modules, checkout, partner portal, license management)
  • Actively share knowledge with the internal team to support continuity after the engagement

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 4 year of hands-on Odoo development experience (customisations, module development, integrations)
  • Strong backend expertise with Python, Odoo ORM, and clean code principles
  • Solid understanding of Odoo 17 in multi-system environments
  • Experience with BDD, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Comfortable working in pair programming sessions and integrating feedback
  • Ability to contribute to Odoo front-end development (QWeb templates, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong sense of accountability and quality, ensuring work is delivered complete, not half-finished
  • Availability to work on a different time zone, so mainly from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM CET
  • English fluency required
  • Experience with Salesforce, MuleSoft, or financial system integrations
  • Knowledge of deployment in containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, pipelines)
  • Familiarity with checkout workflows in Odoo portals
