YOUR TASKS
Paessler is seeking an experienced Senior Enablement Lead to drive the full-funnel enablement strategy and programs across our go-to-market teams. In this highly cross-functional role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful content, training, and programs to improve sales productivity, onboarding, and overall go-to-market performance
- Partner closely with sales, customer success, renewals and other teams to deeply understand their needs and challenges
- Design and implement scalable, data-driven enablement programs and curriculums to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Create compelling content, training, and resources to onboard new hires and upskill existing teams
- Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and other technologies to gather data to continuously optimize enablement initiatives
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership on sales methodologies, value proposition, and other go-to-market strategies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure enablement efforts are aligned and impactful
- Operate comfortably in a fast-paced environment to deliver repeatable, scalable enablement motions
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in a full-funnel enablement role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful enablement programs that drive measurable sales performance improvements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and other sales/enablement technologies
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for enablement and a desire to make a tangible impact on the business
