YOUR TASKS

  • You advise and support the managers in your international responsibility area (AMERICAS, APAC, EMEA) on all strategic as well as operational HR, labor law, and co-determination issues
  • You coach managers in carrying out their leadership tasks and accompany change and transformation processes (including restructuring, team development) 
  • You oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruiting to onboarding to offboarding 
  • You take the lead in drafting and negotiating works agreements and work in close collaboration with our works council
  • You aim to ensure the optimal personnel and structural performance of your area of responsibility in alignment with the company's strategy 
  • You take responsibility for the operational processes related to personnel development 
  • You contribute to various strategic HR initiatives and projects (personnel development, performance management, HR controlling) and provide insights and new ideas for the further development of our HR department

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a university degree with a focus on Human Resources or Labor Law, or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international context, are able to represent your HR standpoint, and seek common solutions
  • You are familiar with labor and works council law, have solid experience in talent management and change management, and have already participated in various HR projects
  • You possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and negotiation strength.
  • You are good at building networks and establishing yourself among your stakeholders through trusted collaboration.
  • You speak English and German fluently
