HR Business Partner (all genders)

As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and operational support to leaders across an international scope (AMERICAS, APAC, EMEA) while actively driving change and transformation processes. In this key role, you will lead impactful initiatives in leadership, talent, and performance management, managing the entire employee life cycle in close collaboration with the works council to align organizational performance with our business strategy.
Please note that you must be located in the Nuremberg area due to our requirement for regular office presence.

YOUR TASKS
- You advise and support the managers in your international responsibility area (AMERICAS, APAC, EMEA) on all strategic as well as operational HR, labor law, and co-determination issues
- You coach managers in carrying out their leadership tasks and accompany change and transformation processes (including restructuring, team development)
- As a focus topic, you are responsible to drive programs and initiatives in the area of leadership, talent and performance management, personnel development and change
- You oversee the entire employee life cycle, from recruiting to onboarding to offboarding
- You take the lead in drafting and negotiating works agreements and work in close collaboration with our works council
- You aim to ensure the optimal personnel and structural performance of your area of responsibility in alignment with the company's strategy
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a university degree with a focus on Human Resources or labor law, or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international context
- You have experience in designing and operationalizing Personnel Development, Talent- and Performance Management programs
- You have a proven track record of Change Management and organizational transformation
- You are able to represent your HR standpoint, and seek common solutions
- You are familiar with labor law and works council management
- You possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and negotiation strength
- You are good at building networks and establishing yourself among your stakeholders through trusted collaboration
- You speak English and German fluently
