HR Operations Specialist (all genders)

YOUR TASKS
- Together with your colleagues, you are primarily responsible for the following activities:
- Together with the team, you are responsible for the preparatory payroll accounting and are the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders (tax office, international payroll service providers, managers, etc.).
- You work hand in hand with our HR business partners and help to provide our employees with optimal support in all phases of the employee lifecycle.
- You coordinate our extensive onboarding program.
- You are the first point of contact for authorities and health insurance companies and you process requests for legal information, certificates and reports.
- You manage the company pension scheme and our versatile benefits package, for which you are always developing new ideas.
- You are responsible for entering and maintaining all data in our HR systems and creating evaluations as part of our HR controlling.
YOUR PROFILE
- You already have several years of operational experience in the area of preparatory payroll accounting – ideally via Datev – and would like to apply your expertise with us.
- Thanks to your experience in operational HR work, you have extensive knowledge in the areas of labor, social security, wage and tax law.
- You work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner.
- You are a true team player and enjoy helping people, and you feel comfortable acting as a link between different interest groups.
- You are good with numbers and adept at using MS Excel, have high quality standards and enjoy solving even complex issues.
- You enjoy working in an international environment and communicate confidently in German and English.
