For over 20 years, Paessler has been helping IT teams monitor their entire infrastructure with PRTG Network Monitor. We're a global company with a mission to empower IT professionals with tools that make their lives easier. Our 350+ team members across the globe are passionate about building software that solves real problems for real people.

We believe in sustainable growth, long-term thinking, and creating a workplace where talented people can do their best work. And right now, we're looking for someone who can help us drive qualified leads and accelerate growth through performance marketing that delivers measurable results.

We're hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to own and scale our lead generation engine. This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar annual budget across paid search, paid social, SEO, and conversion optimization—and you'll be accountable for the results.

You'll lead a team of 4 specialists, work directly with senior leadership on strategy and reporting, and have the autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works. If you're energized by data, love finding growth opportunities others miss, and know how to turn budget into pipeline, this is your role.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team
Manage a team of 4 across paid marketing, SEO/AEO, and conversion rate optimization. Set clear goals, remove roadblocks, and help your team grow their skills while delivering results.
  • Own performance marketing strategy and execution
Drive lead generation across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO/AEO. You'll decide where to invest, what to test, and how to scale success across channels.
  • Manage a significant marketing budget at scale
You'll own a multi-million dollar annual budget. That means you need to know how to allocate spend strategically, optimize for ROI, and make fast decisions when something's working (or not).
  • Deliver measurable results and clear reporting
Report performance, ROI, and lead quality directly to senior leadership. You're comfortable presenting data, defending your strategy, and being held accountable for outcomes.
  • Identify and scale new growth opportunities
Don't just run campaigns—find the next opportunity. Whether it's a new channel, audience segment, or campaign strategy, you'll test quickly and scale what drives results.
  • You build for the future
  • You go beyond traditional channels and understand the emerging world of AI search and LLM Optimization. You push your team to experiment in these new channels and understand what this means for sustainable success.
  • Optimize the entire funnel
Work closely with sales, marketing ops, and product marketing to improve conversion rates, refine messaging, and make sure the leads you generate turn into pipeline.
  • Use data to drive every decision
You're fluent in analytics platforms, comfortable building dashboards, and able to translate data into action. If you can't measure it, you don't do it.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years in B2B tech or SaaS performance marketing
You've done this before in a B2B environment. You understand long sales cycles, complex buying committees, and how to generate leads that sales actually wants.
  • Proven experience managing significant marketing budgets
You've managed multi-million dollar budgets and know how to get ROI at scale. You're comfortable making big bets when the data supports it.
  • Team leadership experience
You've built, led, or grown a performance marketing team. You know how to hire, coach, and get the best out of people.
  • Deep platform expertise
You're highly proficient with Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush. You don't just know the tools—you know how to use them to win.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
You're comfortable in Google Analytics, attribution modelling, and building performance dashboards. You can spot trends, diagnose issues, and make decisions based on evidence, not gut feel.
  • Ability to move fast and scale what works
You don't wait for perfect. You test, learn, iterate, and scale quickly when you find something that works.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
You can explain performance, defend your strategy, and align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
