YOUR TASKS

AI Strategy & Implementation

  • Own and drive the AI strategy for Revenue Operations, defining a multi-year roadmap that systematically introduces AI and automation across all RevOps functions: Business Intelligence, Sales Ops, Channel Ops, Order Ops, Data Quality, Business Enablement, ERP, and CRM.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives — from opportunity identification and business case development through vendor evaluation, piloting, deployment, and adoption.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-ROI automation and AI use cases across the RevOps organization, leveraging a deep understanding of operational workflows and pain points.
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools and platforms including generative AI copilots, predictive analytics engines, intelligent workflow automation, and LLM-powered applications tailored to RevOps processes.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Channel Ops, and Order Ops leaders to embed AI capabilities directly into day-to-day workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing throughput without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and third-party vendors to integrate AI capabilities into the existing tech stack including CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems.
  • Champion an AI-first culture within Revenue Operations — running internal workshops, showcases, and enablement sessions to accelerate adoption and build AI fluency across the team.
  • Define and track AI ROI metrics, publishing regular outcome reports to the SVP and PE sponsor that demonstrate measurable business impact.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies and their applicability to revenue operations, acting as the team's internal subject matter expert and innovation scout.

Data Quality & Operational Intelligence

  • Partner with the Data Quality function to ensure AI initiatives are built on a reliable data foundation — identifying and prioritizing data integrity issues that limit analytical or AI effectiveness
  • Design and govern AI-assisted data quality processes including automated anomaly detection, deduplication, enrichment, and CRM/ERP data hygiene workflows.
  • Enable self-service intelligence across RevOps by building AI-augmented tools and dashboards that allow operational leaders to surface insights without relying on analyst bandwidth.

AI-Powered Executive & PE-Level Reporting  [Supporting Focus]

  • Architect and deploy AI-driven reporting systems that automatically synthesize revenue performance, pipeline health, retention, and operational efficiency data into PE sponsor and C-suite-ready intelligence packages — eliminating manual report assembly.
  • Leverage large language models (LLMs) and generative AI to produce dynamic, natural-language executive narratives that contextualize KPI movements, surface anomalies, and highlight risks and opportunities without requiring analyst intervention.
  • Build AI-augmented dashboards and scorecards that go beyond static visualization — incorporating predictive signals, trend forecasting, and automated commentary that give executives forward-looking context alongside historical performance.
  • Implement AI-powered anomaly detection and alerting within executive reporting pipelines, ensuring leadership is proactively notified of material changes to key metrics between reporting cycles.
  • Partner with Finance and the SVP of RevOps to align AI-generated reporting frameworks with PE sponsor and board expectations, ensuring outputs are both trusted and audit-ready.
  • Continuously optimize reporting AI models using stakeholder feedback loops, improving narrative accuracy, metric prioritization, and insight relevance over time.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 7+ years of experience in a RevOps, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or technology strategy role — with at least 3 years of direct experience leading AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated track record of building and executing AI/automation strategy within a business operations context, from roadmap through measurable deployment.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling AI tools (generative AI, ML-based forecasting, workflow automation, etc.) in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations workflows across Sales Ops, Channel Ops, Order Ops, and related functions — with the ability to identify AI use cases that meaningfully reduce friction.
  • Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent) and solid SQL skills to support analytical and executive reporting responsibilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into business outcomes for executive and PE-level audiences.
  • Experience working in a PE-backed or high-growth B2B SaaS environment strongly preferred.
