Manager Paid Marketing (all genders)

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Paid Marketing Team Manager will own lead generation, opportunity creation, and pipeline development through our paid marketing programs while leading a high-performing team.
YOUR TASKS
- Drive sustainable growth
- Campaign Management: Build, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns including paid search, content syndication, display advertising, retargeting, and account-based marketing within established budgets
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize ad spend through systematic improvements to ads, landing pages, and conversion funnels to exceed KPIs and budget targets
- Data-Driven Reporting: Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all digital marketing initiatives; conduct regular audits to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, content, and product marketing teams to develop high-converting landing pages and maintain consistent brand messaging
- Innovation & Growth: Research, test, and implement new channels, vendors, and growth strategies to expand reach and reduce customer acquisition costs
- Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests across lead generation programs to continuously improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience: 6-8 years in paid search/digital marketing, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS or agency environments
- Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other paid marketing platforms with proven ability to manage largescale campaigns
- Proven Results: Demonstrated track record of achieving performance goals and maximizing ROI through strategic campaign and budget management
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance insights
- Adaptability: Problem-solving abilities and agility in fast-paced environments, with capacity to pivot strategies based on evolving priorities and data insights
- Collaboration: Experience working effectively with creative, development, and product marketing teams to create compelling, audience-focused ad experiences
- Testing & Optimization: Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization programs
- Ownership Mentality: Creative problem-solver who can identify challenges and drive solutions independently
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or equivalent professional experience
