YOUR TASKS
- Be the go-to expert for all things PR, communications, and community within our marketing team.
- Develop and execute a communication strategy that aligns seamlessly with our corporate vision.
- Build and grow our customer community—whether it’s Reddit, LinkedIn user groups, or other online spaces, you know how to start conversations and keep them going.
- Manage PR agencies across our key markets and track success metrics.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists, analysts, customers, influencers, and brand ambassadors—acting as Paessler’s spokesperson and chief storyteller.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant tech influencers and brand ambassadors, nurturing long-term partnerships that extend our reach and credibility.
- Create compelling press releases, PR pitches, and customer case studies, with the support of internal teams.
- Coordinate analyst relations by planning vendor briefings in collaboration with product management.
- Lead our social media channels, working closely with content and marketing teams to engage online communities, amplify stories, and build brand presence.
YOUR PROFILE
- A PR & communications pro with a minimum of 3 years of B2B/SaaS experience—bonus points if you know IT, monitoring, data centers, cloud, or OT.
- A community builder at heart—you understand where our users hang out, what they care about, and how to make them feel heard and engaged.
- Experienced in influencer and brand ambassador management, with a knack for building authentic, value-driven relationships.
- A master at managing agencies, balancing budgets, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- A passionate storyteller—you know how to craft messages that hit the right audience in the right way.
- Data-savvy: You track, measure, and optimize PR and community success with ease.
- A natural communicator, fluent in both English and German.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities with enthusiasm.
- A team player who thrives in cross-functional and intercultural collaboration.
