Partner Marketing Manager (all genders) - Strategic Accounts

We are hiring a Partner Marketing Manager (all genders) to support our strategic channel partners across the Americas. This role focuses on building strong, ongoing relationships with a defined group of high-value partners and working closely with Channel Account Managers to deliver joint marketing activities that support regional pipeline and revenue goals. The position is hands-on and execution oriented, with responsibility for planning and delivering campaigns, events, and partner engagement activities. You will also support smaller cross-functional projects as needed.
YOUR TASKS
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned strategic partners and maintain day-to-day alignment with Channel Account Managers.
- Develop annual joint marketing plans with each partner and coordinate execution of agreed activities.
- Provide guidance and marketing support that helps partners activate global campaigns, messaging, and content.
- Manage all phases of MDF activity, including planning, approvals, delivery, tracking, and ROI reporting.
- Produce regular updates on performance and share recommendations with regional and global teams.
- Localise campaign assets and messaging, when relevant, to support partner adoption and market relevance.
- Support to partner communications such as newsletters, training sessions, and announcements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, and Marketing stakeholders to ensure activities align with pipeline objectives.
- Assist with additional projects, program improvements, and operational activities when needed.
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years in B2B marketing within the technology or software sector.
- Experience working with US-based channel partners, especially large national resellers or distributors (preferred).
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns in parallel with clear execution discipline.
- Experience working with MDF processes, ROI tracking, and marketing performance reporting.
- Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
