YOUR TASKS
- Support recruitment campaigns and onboarding activities for new partners.
- Build relationships with distributors, MSPs and resellers to increase program adoption.
- Develop and execute to-partner initiatives such as newsletters, webinars, training sessions, and partner-facing events.
- Support creation and localisation of partner content (guides, presentations, updates).
- Ensure partners have access to the latest campaigns, messaging, and resources.
- Plan and run joint campaigns, webinars, and promotions with partners.
- Manage MDF requests, ensuring smooth execution and reporting on outcomes.
- Localise and roll out global campaigns for the regional partner ecosystem.
- Coordinate partner participation in regional events and tradeshows.
- Manage MDF requests and approvals, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
- Track spend, results, and ROI for all funded activities.
- Report back to regional and global teams with insights and recommendations.
YOUR PROFILE
- 5–7 years in B2B marketing (tech/software experience strongly preferred).
- Experience working with channel partners.
- Strong execution skills: campaign management, event coordination, and content adaptation.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus).
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
