We are looking for a driven and innovative Product Manager to join our team in the Czech Republic, who brings a passion for technology and a keen sense of market trends important to the IT Administrator. YOUR TASKS

Contribute to the product strategy for our monitoring solutions: Responsible for defining and continuously adapting the product strategy to meet the requirements of B2B customers in the area of IT and OT monitoring including networking, servers, applications, and other infrastructure -
Understand and implement the requirements of customers: Work closely with customers and sales partners to translate their needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps serving the wide range of customers from SMB to Enterprise -
Coordinating cross-functional teams: Working very closely with product owners, research, user experience, development in concert with sales and marketing teams to ensure that product delivery and go-to-market are aligned and executed -
Market understanding of trends and needs in IT and OT monitoring: Monitoring market trends, new technologies and competitors to help Paessler develop innovative product features and identify suitable unique capabilities along with integrations and partnerships
YOUR PROFILE

3+ years of experience in the development and product managing complex software solutions sold in a B2B go-to-market. Ideally, technical understanding in the area of network, server, or cloud infrastructure, protocols and IT security needs -
Methodical knowledge in prioritising product development and projects based on market demand, business impact, growth and technical feasibility to effectively prioritize. Ideally familiar with project management and agile software development methodologies - Ability to think about the customer and user perspective and provide a thoughtful approach towards solving the problem either with a methodology or framework

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to understand technical issues in infrastructure, develop innovative solutions and incorporate these into the product roadmap and development process -
Entrepreneurial and business skills to ensure that product development remains cost-effective and meets business expectations for revenue growth -
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, both to convey technical details and to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions -
Experience in dealing with customers who have high demands on the reliability, scalability and security standards of monitoring solutions -
Competence in strategic portfolio management and product lifecycle management. Experience with pricing and packaging is a plus -
Willingness to travel, in particular regular trips to Paessler headquarters in Nuremberg
