Product Owner (all genders) – Product and Business Integration

To deal with the increasing demand towards our business infrastructure we are looking for you as a product owner to help us build and maintain our business services. We provide services for the company to enable, enrich and expand our internal business processes. That spans from license creation to online activation of our products, the management of our licenses for sales assistance and the integration of data enrichment services as well.
 
Our aim is to provide as much automatisation as possible for our internal stakeholder like sales, accounting, customer support and others and you can be the driver of that success.
 
You already have experience as a product owner in an agile working environment and like to act as an enabler between different areas, then apply now!

YOUR TASKS

  • You are part of a Scrum team and ensure that the team is pursuing the right goals to deliver the best possible product
  • You act as an enabler between the business and your team, actively communicating changes and progress and being the first point of contact in your business domain
  • You work with business units and the management team on business strategy and provide input on how your products can support it
  • You create roadmaps to transparently communicate progress and make consequences of changes visible
  • You ensure that your milestones are in line with the company's OKR goals.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that our web application (Admin Portal) and associated services support our internal stakeholders in their work.
  • You are responsible for prioritizing the backlog
  • You are an evangelist for your product and represent your product portfolio internally and externally
  • You are part of a scaled environment to manage the flow of work across teams

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have several years of professional experience as a product owner or product manager
  • You have high social competence and good communication skills
  • You have experience in dealing with projects of high complexity and external dependencies
  • You are familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro
  • You have strong analytical, strategic and coordination skills
  • Helpful, but not mandatory:
  • You know the pros and cons of distributed systems and how they can impact your products
  • You can also deal with highly technical processes, understand and visualize them
  • You know how to work in a scaled environment and can actively manage dependencies with other teams
