YOUR TASKS

  • You inspire national and international talents and experienced professionals to become part of Paessler
  • You recruit globally, but especially for our location in the Czech Republic
  • By working closely with our international departments, you create the right job profile and define the appropriate selection process
  • From job posting to interviews and final decisions, you ensure an exceptional candidate experience
  • This means you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, from requirements analysis and contract creation to onboarding
  • You will design tailored recruiting strategies and measures together with your key stakeholders
  • You will expand our recruiting channels and develop partnerships that support our employee recruitment efforts
  • You will work closely with our international HR team and actively contribute to our employer branding

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have several years of experience in international recruiting, ideally in a tech company
  • You know how and where to find and approach talent and experts for a growing software company
  • You are adept at using social media channels and enjoy keeping your finger on the pulse
  • Communication is your strength and you are passionate about inspiring people to join Paessler – we have the right arguments :-)
  • You have excellent networking skills
  • You have intercultural skills and communicate proactively and empathetically
  • You know how to apply your in-depth knowledge of Czech labor law
  • You should reside in the Czech Republic; EU citizens are encouraged to apply provided they fulfil the residency requirements.
  • You are fluent in Czech and English
