YOUR TASKS

You inspire national and international talents and experienced professionals to become part of Paessler -
You recruit globally, but especially for our location in the Czech Republic -
By working closely with our international departments, you create the right job profile and define the appropriate selection process -
From job posting to interviews and final decisions, you ensure an exceptional candidate experience -
This means you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting, from requirements analysis and contract creation to onboarding -
You will design tailored recruiting strategies and measures together with your key stakeholders -
You will expand our recruiting channels and develop partnerships that support our employee recruitment efforts -
You will work closely with our international HR team and actively contribute to our employer branding
YOUR PROFILE
-
You have several years of experience in international recruiting, ideally in a tech company -
You know how and where to find and approach talent and experts for a growing software company -
You are adept at using social media channels and enjoy keeping your finger on the pulse -
Communication is your strength and you are passionate about inspiring people to join Paessler – we have the right arguments :-) -
You have excellent networking skills -
You have intercultural skills and communicate proactively and empathetically -
You know how to apply your in-depth knowledge of Czech labor law - You should reside in the Czech Republic; EU citizens are encouraged to apply provided they fulfil the residency requirements.
