YOUR TASKS

  • Manager the renewal process by sending notifications, preparing quotes, and tracking responses.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to confirm renewals and provide necessary information.
  • Identify and flag potential at-risk renewals to senior team members.
  • Source customer contact data and update CRM systems with renewal data and customer interactions.
  • Provide general administrative management for the renewals team.
  • Learn and adopt best practices for renewals and customer retention.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual renewal goals.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
  • Manage escalations to successful outcomes for both customers and the company

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ year of experience managing inside sales, customer service, customer success, or renewals within a B2B software business.
  • Understand both direct and channel go-to-market sales and renewals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and track multiple renewals efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter; work on your own as well as in a team
  • Experience and understanding of network monitoring or security, a plus
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
