We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join an exceptional marketing and sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and pipeline by qualifying and nurturing inbound leads.

YOUR TASKS

Reporting to the SDR Manager, you will join a global team of SDRs who act as the first point of contact for potential customers requesting information about our solutions. You will be responsible for engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and setting up appointments for our sales team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Qualification: Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.
  • Assist marketing with testing, execution, and reporting on lead quality.
  • Successfully overcome prospective customer objections as well as answer initial questions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team members to schedule customer meetings.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and update prospect information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented.

YOUR PROFILE

You are an optimistic, positive, strong communicator looking to develop their journey in tech sales and/or marketing. You have a deep interest in technology, and you love learning about new topics and using empathy to meet others’ needs. You’re also very organized and are passionate about strong execution.
Key Skills / Experience:
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, curious self-starter
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken). Additional languages advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent phone and email étiquette
  • Avid learner and extremely organized
  • A clear communicator with effective problem solving skills
  • Ability to build professional and trusting relationships with customers from all around the world
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred (e.g Salesforce, Hubspot)
