We are currently looking for a Scrum Master to support our software development teams who enjoys to be part of the agile transformation. You will work in a very dynamic and flexible environment that allows you to develop yourself and creatively contribute your ideas.

YOUR TASKS

  • You accompany one to two of our teams on a long-term basis as Scrum Master
  • You take over the moderation of relevant Scrum meetings to make sure they run productively and efficiently
  • You identify the needs and hurdles of your teams and help them to overcome them
  • You act as a facilitator for internal workshops
  • You coach your teams with the goal to further improve performance and quality
  • You actively bring your agile methodology know-how into the exchange with other Scrum Masters and help them to grow
  • You work together with other agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to facilitate the agile transformation of our company
  • You work closely with the Product Owner (PO) and team managers to effectively prioritize the backlog and ensure it aligns with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • You support the PO in formulating clear and precise requirements in an appropriate format to facilitate understanding and implementation by the development team.
  • You help the team find the appropriate working mode in every phase of work.-
  • You bring organizational talent and creative ideas (cross-functional meetings, Dev Days, hackathons).

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have already gained multiple years of experience as a Scrum Master in different projects
  • You take team improvement and performance seriously and can use metrics to show results
  • You have an agile mindset and are able to use it to motivate and inspire your teammates
  • You have mastered your methodical tools and dare to try new things
  • You feel comfortable to moderate meetings in English
  • You are communicative, organized and motivated and you impress with a self sufficient and goal oriented work ethic
  • You promote effective communication and collaboration within and between teams, as well as with stakeholders across the organization
