YOUR TASKS
- Design and implement advanced Salesforce automation, including Flows, to streamline workflows and eliminate manual tasks
- Manage Salesforce integrations with other business-critical applications to create a cohesive technology ecosystem
- Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and reporting capabilities to drive strategic recommendations
- Leverage Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced to optimize our quote-to-cash processes
- Build and deploy custom apps, components, and dynamic page layouts to enhance user experience and productivity
- Oversee Salesforce change management protocols, ensuring all updates and enhancements are thoroughly tested and deployed with zero downtime
- Create and maintain robust reporting and dashboards to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and user support
- Continuously evaluate new Salesforce features and functionalities, making recommendations to leadership on how to leverage them for maximum impact
YOUR PROFILE
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Flows, automation, and integration capabilities
- Proficient in CPQ constructs and architecture
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce data management, including imports/exports, and deduplication
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce change management best practices and deployment strategies
- Experience supporting end-users and providing technical solutions to complex business challenges
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable, along with additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
- Passion for continuous improvement and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to optimize Salesforce processes and workflows
- Comfort with providing constructive feedback and pushing back on solutions that do not align with best practices
