The team is responsible for the customization and further development of our licensing and product activation systems. These systems fulfill an important function in many central business processes. Our license and product activation system are closely linked to our sales and product development and are therefore essential parts of our business processes.

As a Team Manager (m/f/d) for our Product and Business Integrations Team, you will be responsible for the further development, optimization, and stability of these services. Additionally, the team provides a web portal for the administration of licenses and activations, which is a crucial tool for our support departments.

You will lead a 7-person development team, fostering a collaborative environment and motivating and inspiring your employees to give their best.

  • Together with your team, you are responsible for the secure, smooth operation, and technical development of the licensing system and product activation systems, as well as other integrations.
  • You regularly coordinate with the product owner on the product strategy, the project portfolio, and the roadmap.
  • You enable your team to decide, along with the stakeholders, which projects deliver the highest business value and prioritize them accordingly.
  • You assist your team in removing organizational obstacles and shape the team's environment for maximum flow and value.
  • You support your team through coaching, clear feedback, and personal/professional development.
  • You plan the budget and resources based on the product and company strategy.
  • You actively collaborate with other departments on the corporate strategy and involve your team in its implementation.


  • Several years of professional experience in leading an agile software development team.
  • Experience in agile software development with modern methods and tools (DevOps, SCRUM).
  • You feel at home within the following technology stack: .NET 7 and newer, ASP .NET, Azure, Python, Elastic Search, and Vue.JS.
  • Ability to keep track of several projects at the same time.
  • Fluent in English and German.
