We are seeking a Technical Consultant and Trainer to join our Customer Enablement team, a core part of our Customer Success organization. In this role, you will work directly with our existing customers to demonstrate the full capabilities of our products through various post-sales services, including training, consulting, product demos, and more. Your primary goal will be to enable and onboard customers on product features and functionalities, with a particular focus on increasing product adoption and increasing sensor usage. This position is based in [Mexico or Costa Rica].

YOUR TASKS

  • Conduct tailored PRTG demos, onboarding sessions, and webinars, ensuring customers understand and are equipped to effectively use key product features and functionalities.
  • Provide technical PRTG training and consulting services to help customers seamlessly integrate the product into their infrastructure and maximize its value.
  • Offer HealthCheck services to identify performance issues and bottlenecks within the setup, providing customers with actionable steps to improve PRTG performance.
  • Conduct check-in calls to help customers optimize their use of PRTG, ensuring they follow best practices for full infrastructure monitoring coverage, from physical to application layer.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of training materials, ranging from entry-level content to enterprise-tier courses.
  • Develop and provide internal enablement sessions to the Customer Success team, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively support customers.
  • Track customer engagement and product usage, providing insights to internal teams to drive improvements and identify opportunities for additional product adoption.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3+ years of experience in managing infrastructure with expertise in protocols and services such as TCP/IP, SNMP, SSH, WMI, HTTP, APIs, NetFlow, and more.
  • 3+ years of experience delivering post-sales services, including training, consulting, and product demonstrations.
  • Previous PRTG experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong skills in customer engagement with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in pitching and selling product features and functionalities to IT professionals, ensuring they adopt and fully utilize the product to its fullest potential.
  • Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT) is a plus.
  • Technical industry certification (Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish languages.
